March 22, 2020 Brothers & Sisters: Beginning Monday, March 23rd we are temporarily closing the Local 115 Office to our members, extras and the public. Although we are not in the office, we will continue to provide support for those who need help in filing for unemployment and the Annuity hardship withdrawals. Please let us know if you need the paperwork to complete your filings or assistance in submitting the necessary documents. We can be reached by telephone at (904) 723-6070. Leave a message and we will return the call as promptly as possible. All paychecks issued for the week and those awaiting pick-up have been mailed to the address you have on file on callsteward. Communications are now posted on the Local’s website at www.iatse-115.com including communications from the International and the Local, how to file for unemployment compensation, IATSE NBF Annuity hardship applications and online training links. We will continue to post information on the website, on the Local’s Facebook page and via email when new verified information is available. We are all in this together and if you need help and are reluctant to ask and wish to do so in a private manner, we have created an email address at gethelp@iatse-115.com which you can write and ask for the help. This email address will only be accessed by one Local Union officer who will assist with your needs. We wish that you and your families stay safe and healthy.
